This remote-first role will work closely with our AI Systems & Integration Lead and cross-functional teams to deliver smart, scalable solutions that enhance performance across the organization.Role OverviewThis is a senior-level remote role designed for a highly skilled Zoho expert who can lead development, configuration, rollout, and ongoing improvement across the full Zoho One suite. You will play a critical role in building the digital foundation that enables SHC to scale and operate intelligently.Key ResponsibilitiesZoho System Development & Ownership Administer and customize all Zoho apps in use: CRM, Creator, Flow, Analytics, People, Projects, and more Develop complex workflows, dashboards, and custom functions to support business needs Maintain clean architecture, data consistency, and permissioning across modules Integration & Automation Collaborate with the AI Systems & Integration Lead to integrate Zoho with internal tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) Build smart automations using Deluge, APIs, and low-code logic Ensure scalable, secure, and documented process automation Implementation & Rollout Translate business requirements into Zoho configuration and technical execution Launch new modules and deploy solutions across departments Deliver clear documentation, SOPs, and internal technical playbooks User Enablement & Support Train internal users and support system adoption Troubleshoot issues, respond to requests, and continuously improve functionality Serve as the point of contact for Zoho-related initiatives and development Tools You’ll Work With Zoho One (CRM, Creator, Flow, People, Analytics) ChatGPT / OpenAI Microsoft 365 / Copilot Studio ZenHR Workable TestGorilla ZIWO Yeastar What Success Looks Like Zoho systems fully optimized and aligned with SHC’s operational model Cross-functional teams actively use the platform with clarity and consistency Integrations and automations reduce manual workload and improve visibility Documentation and system reliability are strong enough to scale RequirementsCandidate ProfileYou are a seasoned Zoho developer who can balance technical depth with business understanding.
