Senior VP of Finance - REMOTE

• Establish and maintain robust accounting policies and internal controls.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape financial strategy and compliance standards.
• Oversee accounting operations ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare for IPO with SEC-compliant reporting processes.
• Mentor high-performing accounting teams promoting continuous learning.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting and actionable insights for decision-making.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Active or inactive CPA designation required.
• 12+ years of experience in accounting and finance; 5+ in leadership roles.
• Experience with IPO processes, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance.
• Proficient in GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Skilled in ERP systems and advanced analytics tools.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record in high-growth environments.
