About The Role We’re looking for a Senior Video Producer to lead the creation of compelling video content for BJAK’s UK audience across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You’ll oversee projects end-to-end—from concept to delivery—producing content that captivates audiences, meets campaign KPIs, and elevates BJAK’s brand. This role goes beyond recording and editing—you’ll guide creative strategy, manage production workflows, and mentor junior team members. What You’ll Do Create & Shoot Develop advanced video concepts, storyboards, and scripts tailored to UK audiences Lead filming with professional techniques, including cameras, lighting, and audio setups Edit & Polish Execute high-quality editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitles Ensure all content aligns with BJAK’s brand standards and resonates with viewers Project Management Oversee multiple video projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines, quality, and brand alignment Plan and prioritize production schedules efficiently Collaborate & Lead Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Social teams to translate campaign strategies into engaging video content Mentor junior videographers and editors, providing guidance and constructive feedback Optimize & Innovate Analyze performance data to improve content effectiveness and audience engagement Stay ahead of UK social media trends and experiment with innovative storytelling techniques Organize & Deliver Maintain organized archives of footage, assets, and project files Troubleshoot production challenges to ensure smooth workflows What We’re Looking For Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communication, or a related field 5+ years of experience in videography, video editing, or content production (senior-level experience preferred) Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video production tools Strong creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and engagement Experience with cameras, lighting, and audio recording for professional content Deep understanding of social media video strategies and audience engagement, especially for the UK market Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team in a fast-paced environment Portfolio or showreel demonstrating senior-level video production expertise Why BJAK Lead and own BJAK’s video content strategy for the UK market Work in a fast-moving, mission-driven company shaping the future of digital finance High ownership, fast career growth, and meaningful projects Competitive compensation and benefits, with opportunities to innovate and experiment Remote work flexibility across the UK Location Requirement Based in the UK Compensation Range £45,000 – £60,000 base salary per annum Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and relevant experience
