Description • Edit short-form video content with a focus on retention and engagement. • Match and maintain a consistent brand identity and visual style across content. • Deliver multiple high-quality videos each day. • Collaborate with the team and communicate efficiently on production needs. • Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. • Create content that supports engagement and scale for the agency's clients. Requirements • Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. • Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, including motion graphics and kinetic text. • Experience editing Reels and YouTube Shorts. • Proven ability to create high-retention content. • Strong creative direction and visual taste. • High attention to detail. • Fast communication and turnaround time. • Fluent in English. • Ability to work U.S. time zones. • U.S. working hours required. • Experience in a fast-paced production environment is preferred.
