Senior Vice President, Product Management – Healthcare

Job Description: • Lead a team to deliver innovative healthcare technology solutions from concept to execution and adoption. • Define and execute the long term product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned to patient experience, provider efficiency, and regulatory compliance. • Lead product team responsible for full product lifecycle from ideation and design through market launch and adoption; report to the Chief Product Officer. • Develop deep partnerships with healthcare systems, regulatory bodies, and industry technology ecosystems. • Serve as a visible healthcare industry thought leader; evangelize products at conferences, participate in strategic sales opportunities, and contribute to industry publications. • Collaborate with marketing and sales to create targeted go-to-market strategies across providers, payers, and partners and shape pricing strategies. • Identify and monitor emerging trends (AI in healthcare, digital health, telemedicine, population health) to keep solutions ahead of the curve. • Establish performance metrics tied to patient outcomes, provider satisfaction, and market growth. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred). • 15+ years of experience within healthcare organizations or providers. • 5+ years in enterprise software product management or industry solutions management. • 10+ years in executive VP or senior leadership level. • Deep knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, interoperability, and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.). • Demonstrated success in launching scalable solutions for healthcare markets. • Exceptional ability to communicate with clinicians, administrators, and technology leaders. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional, global teams. • Strategic thinking and deep business acumen.
