What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own revenue retention and growth targets across strategic and commercial segments
- Standardize executive Success Plans and run executive business reviews (EBRs) and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Manage delivery governance, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality standards
- Drive new-logo acquisition in partnership with Sales, leveraging customer insights and market opportunities
- Foster a customer-first culture with clear accountabilities and rapid issue resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years in customer-facing, revenue-owning roles, with 8+ years in leadership of global teams
- Proven track record of achieving NRR/GRR and net-new ARR targets
- Experience in delivery leadership, including PMO governance and complex program execution
- Expertise in Cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI), Data & Analytics, and AI/ML
- Strong communication skills and executive presence with C-suite stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or technical graduate degree
- Experience in operational rigor within RevOps/CS Ops and forecasting models
- Familiarity with customer advocacy and the ability to convert customer signals into actionable insights
