Senior Venture Capital/Crypto Hedge Fund Attorney – NYC

What Will You Be Doing?
 You will be leading fund and SPV formation projects. Other projects may include representing investors and companies in securities offerings.
 You will be interacting directly with clients and coordinating and reviewing the work of associates. In time, there will be one or two people reporting to you.

 Ross Law Group, PLLC is a boutique securities law firm in New York, with clients in Silicon Valley and all over. We specialize in representing investment funds, angel investors putting together SPVs, and emerging companies. We have many clients who are involved in the digital asset/ cryptocurrency/ blockchain space.
 We currently have three partners, two counsels, three associates, and one paralegal and are looking to add senior expertise in fund formation.

 You are highly skilled at interacting directly with clients and managing associates.
 You have 10+ years of investment fund experience, at least some of it in venture capital.
 You have an AmLaw 100 background, with superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
 You are admitted to practice in New York or California.
 You may have some experience with the Investment Advisers Act and some knowledge of blockchain/cryptocurrency.
 You may have a book of business, though note we are primarily interested in your skillset.
