We offer services in custom software development, innovative UX/UI design, digital consulting and AI solutions, utilizing technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, Angular, React, Python, Node.js, Java, and more.At Appic, we transform your ideas into reality, building the digital future today.Job Description:ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, stakeholders) to create user-centered designs that meet business goals and user needsDesign intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experienceConduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectivelyIterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders in an agile environmentEnsure design consistency with brand guidelines while staying current on design trends and best practicesWork closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and functionalStay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologiesQualifications:Requirements5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projectsExtensive experience with Figma, proficient in all its features and functionality.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practicesExperience in conducting user research and usability testingAbility to work in an agile environment, iterating designs based on feedback and new insightsStrong communication skills with a negotiation level of English (both written and verbal)Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detailAbility to manage time efficiently, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.Meticulous attention to details and a sophisticated aesthetic senseStrong AI adaptation capabilityNice to haveAI, 3D, AR, VR, Figjam, Miro design experienceExperience in brandingExperience in financial and healthcare sectorsAdditional Information:Why Appic?AI-First Culture: We don't just talk about AI; we integrate it into our delivery.
