Backed by world-class investors and recognised as a leader in wealthtech, we are a team of passion What We’re Looking For 5–8 years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role in digital products (fintech experience a plus, but not required). A portfolio showcasing clear, human, and user-first copy—with examples of simplifying complex topics. Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user psychology. Ability to balance clarity, trust, and wit in tone—knowing when to be playful, and when to be serious. Experience working with design systems and content guidelines. Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative environments. Curiosity about personal finance, investing, and technology. You don’t need to be a CFA, but you should love making money concepts approachable. What You’ll Do Design with words: Create clear, concise, and engaging copy for app interfaces, flows, and components—buttons, tooltips, error states, FAQs, and more. Define user journeys: Consider how users interact and journey through the app experience - interact and work with designers and PMs in optimising user experience Bring humanity to finance: Translate jargon-heavy investment concepts into language anyone can understand. Elevate brand voice in product: Ensure every touchpoint feels “Syfe”—modern, witty, confident, and trustworthy. Collaborate deeply: Work with product designers, researchers, and engineers to co-create seamless user journeys. Test, learn, refine: Use data, research, and experimentation to validate copy effectiveness and improve UX. Document & scale: Build a content style guide and writing system that scales across teams and geographies. Mentor & guide: Support junior writers or cross-functional teammates in elevating UX copy standards.
