This role is ideal for a designer who understands how to balance wow-factor visuals with usability, accessibility, and user-centric thinking, particularly for Arabic and English audiences. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with Arabic clients, understands RTL design nuances, and can confidently translate business goals into engaging, intuitive digital interfaces.
Job Description
Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and digital platforms from concept to final delivery
Create eye-catching, modern, and impactful UI designs that impress clients while remaining usable and scalable
Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
Apply strong UX principles, including usability, accessibility, information architecture, and interaction design
Design for Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR) interfaces with cultural sensitivity
Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and quality
Present design concepts confidently to clients and internal teams
Ensure brand consistency and high visual standards across all touchpoints * Review and improve designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business requirements
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design
Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems, prototyping)
Strong understanding of UX methodologies, user-centered design, and usability best practices
Ability to create visually compelling, modern, and premium UI designs
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Demonstrated experience working with Arabic clients and regional projects
Strong portfolio showcasing both UI creativity and UX thinking
Ability to clearly explain design decisions from a UX and business perspective
High attention to detail and pixel-perfect design execution
Preferred Skills
Experience designing government, enterprise, or large-scale platforms
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
Experience working with design systems and scalable UI frameworks
Understanding of front-end constraints (HTML, CSS basics) to support developer handover
