Senior Test Automation Engineer

Holycode is looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our bexio team who developed the perfect tool for managing small and medium-sized companies (SME).bexio is the leading provider of web-based business software for SMEs in Switzerland with over 80'000 paying customers, over 1.000 qualified fiduciary partners and more than 150 employees. On top of that you can add lots of add-ons from the marketplace to make your administration and planning as easy as possible.What awaits you:A dynamic QA team, working collaboratively to ensure and improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of the Automation framework.You will be using the new automation tools for record and capture, which are at the forefront of automation testing but also manual testing will be involvedYou will also collaborate with the development teams to ensure the test scenarios for the backend membersWhat we expect from you:Solid experience with Gherkin (Cucumber)Basic understanding of Java (JVM, Spring)Solid experience with REST API testing (Postman, Insomnia, cURL, OpenAPI, Swagger, HTTP)Solid experience in manual testingHands-on experience on UI testing (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress)Self driven individual - we encourage all our team members to come up with their own ideas and to learn new technology Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.Good verbal communication and good interpersonal skills.High proficiency in written and spoken English.Bonus points for:Basic knowledge of Testim, a Record and Capture toolJavascript knowledgeCI/CD experience (Pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab Pipelines, Bamboo, GitHub Actions)Shell scripting (bash, zsh, scripting)Why you will love working here:You are important - The heart of our company is our employees.
