Senior Technology Support Consultant, Power BI

Remote Full-time
Job Description:
• Collect and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights
• Use statistical methods to interpret data and generate useful business reports
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and cleaning processes
• Collaborate with the Controls team and other teams to resolve data-related issues
• Develop and maintain comprehensive and visually appealing reports and dashboards
• Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively
• Design, Implement, and Integrate technology solutions
• Mentor and develop junior staff on development of reports
• Assist with Business Process development regarding data gathering and analysis

Requirements:
• Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
• Ability to work with large complex data models
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI is strongly preferred, but similar alternatives may be considered)
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration abilities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task, manage time, organize, and set priorities and make timely decisions
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong Power BI (or similar) experience is required
• Industry-specific knowledge and experience (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Construction) is preferred
