Accurately track and report recruiting data
What Is Required (Qualifications)
4+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience, with some experience in-house
Proven track record of building strong partnerships with stakeholders, including interviewers and hiring managers
Data-driven and problem-solving approach to recruiting and stakeholder management
Passion for building teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Persistent curiosity and desire to learn continuously
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in recruiting for a diverse range of technical roles
Familiarity with advanced recruiting tools and technologies
Strong understanding of market trends in the tech industry
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple client requests simultaneously
