Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy known for its innovative talent acquisition strategies, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join their fully remote team. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US and make a significant impact on talent sourcing for top-tier technology companies. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from understanding client needs and defining job specifications to sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for highly specialized technical roles. You will leverage a variety of channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct sourcing techniques, to identify and attract top talent in areas such as software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and cloud computing. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the technology landscape, exceptional candidate assessment skills, and a proven ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates. A strong command of Boolean search, ATS proficiency, and excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, providing market insights and strategic guidance on talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation. Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide clients with market insights and strategic advice on talent acquisition. Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for placed candidates. Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a recruitment agency or RPO environment. Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of technology roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity analysts). Expertise in various sourcing methods, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other professional networking platforms. Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to effectively assess technical skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships in a remote setting. Apply tot his job
