We are looking for a full-stack Software Engineer who can contribute across the product β€” building new features, improving existing systems, and helping the team work more efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes ownership of getting things done. As an IT Recruiter at Newrich Network, you'll get to: Manage the complete cycle of the hiring process (taking requirements from managers, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, etc.). Solicit and attract qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter or using the most promising sourcing methods; Coordinate with all parties involved in the talent acquisition process (managers, technical experts, etc.) during the selection process; Provide a guidance role in the evaluation of candidates and provide recommendations for hiring; Collaborate closely with the Culture and Talent team to ensure the quality of the candidate and employee experience; Contribute to the definition, evolution and deployment of the employer brand in collaboration with the marketing team; Monitor best practices in talent acquisition in order to improve recruitment and selection processes and tools; Perform any other related tasks.
