Luminai serves some of the world’s most critical organizations in sectors like Healthcare, Finance, and Telecommunication to delegate mission-critical workflows that previously required hands-on human involvement, over to autonomous AI systems. Our approach combines frontier AI development, with a purpose built workflow execution engine to achieve this goal.We've raised significant amounts of capital (including some un-announced) from many of the best Silicon Valley VCs: General Catalyst, YCombinator, and investors including Kevin Weil (Chief Product Officer at OpenAI), Arash Ferdowsi (co-founder of Dropbox), Katie Stanton (former VP Global Media, Twitter) and CEOs of companies including Flexport, Notion, Front, Ramp and Twitch.As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Luminai, you’ll be instrumental in building the team that drives our mission to make healthcare more efficient. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, partnering with hiring managers to source, attract, and close top talent that aligns with our culture. Our team is in-office 3 days a week (Mon, Tue, Thu) in San Mateo, California.What You'll Do:Own full-cycle recruiting across technical functions – Engineering, Product, and DesignPartner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and create effective job descriptionsDevelop sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipelineConduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedulingProvide an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communicationTrack recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomesWhat We’re Looking For:5+ years of experience in recruiting for high-growth technology companies (preferably B2B SaaS)Proven success hiring for technical teamsStrong skills in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing – including negotiating offers, pitching equity value to candidates, and building relationshipsAbility to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholdersPassion for fostering a positive and engaging candidate experienceFamiliarity with ATS platforms (ideally Ashby)Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasksProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, across various time zonesPassion for creating a dynamic and inclusive workplaceExperience with healthcare hiring is a huge plus
