POSITION SUMMARY As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technical initiatives within the Security, Technology Enablement & Platform Services (STEPS) organization at EarnIn. This is a part-time contract role offering a short-term, unique opportunity. This position makes a significant impact and contributes to our organization's growth and success. This position is remote from the UK/Scotland. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field/experience; advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of leading complex and cross-functional projects. Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and other project management frameworks. Experience collaborating and enabling geographically dispersed teams while translating complex requirements into technical roadmaps Demonstrated ability to define and track program metrics (such as OKRs and KPIs) and use data to drive accountability and decisions Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence teams to achieve excellence. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
