This person will be embedded across multiple teams, ensuring that projects stay on track, roadblocks are identified and addressed early, and our teams are equipped with the clarity, structure, and support they need to move fast and deliver quality work.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves building relationships, and has a talent for seeing around corners. This individual is both a hands-on operator and a strategic partner—keeping projects on track and processes running smoothly, while also identifying opportunities for improvement and driving meaningful change as we grow and scale.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day project and program management across multiple technical teamsIdentify and escalate blockers and dependencies that could impact deliveryAttend sprint planning sessions and stand-ups to stay close to the work, spot potential risks early, and ensure alignment across teams as priorities evolveEnsure project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com) are up to date and being used effectivelyManage ad hoc projects and initiatives as they ariseReport on progress, velocity, and productivity—turning data into insights to guide timelines and decision-makingAnalyze project and team data to help assess capacity and develop realistic timelinesHelp evolve our internal processes to match the growing complexity of the businessUse AI tools to automate, optimize, and innovate the way we workWhat You’ll Bring4+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within technical or product-driven environmentsExperience managing multiple projects at once with competing priorities and timelines Clear, curiosity-driven communicator who focuses on simplicity and always seeks to understand the “why”Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders - not afraid to speak up and advocate for what’s neededComfort with AI tools and how they can improve program management and productivityExpertise in Jira management and configurationProficiency with project management tools, Monday.com preferredNice-to-Have SkillsExperience in a hands-on technical role (software engineering, technical product management, etc)Experience working with distributed or remote teamsStartup experience, especially in environments with tight, immovable timelinesAttributes that will make you successful on our teamA strong desire to learn. The core tenets of our compensation philosophy are fairness and transparency.We have established a standardized leveling framework based on job scope and responsibilities. The compensation package for each level is standard across all engineering roles.
