You'll build trusted relationships with stakeholders while ensuring project success through rigorous methodologies and strategic alignment. Your expertise will guide clients through their automation journey, demonstrating the full potential and benefits of UiPath's technology.What you'll do at UiPathDrive collaboration with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts to build next-generation automation solutionsDevelop and maintain trusted client relationships that enable future account growth opportunitiesManage project stakeholders effectively, providing routine updates on progress while mitigating risks and dependenciesImplement appropriate project management methodologies (waterfall, Agile, SDLC, hybrid, continuous integration) based on project requirementsLead key client meetings alongside the UiPath account team to ensure service delivery aligns with strategic objectives and milestones are properly completedGuide clients through the innovation lifecycle, clearly communicating the benefits of automation solutionsCreate detailed project plans and monitor all aspects of the project lifecycle including scope, change, and release managementProvide escalation support to resolve project challenges efficientlyWhat you'll bring to the teamGlobally recognized Project or Program Management certification (PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, etc.)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in client-facing technology projects in areas such as RPA, large-scale software applications, end-user requirements, or software product developmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to lead complex technical projects to successful completionNice-to-Have Skills:Advanced degree or extensive experience specifically in RPA implementationExperience working in a global, distributed team environmentKnowledge of UiPath platform and products#LI-KS6Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
