We're seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Technical Lead, Audio Visual to join our Disney Events team. Job Summary:

Operating and troubleshooting advanced audio-visual equipment to ensure successful events
Providing exceptional customer service, maintaining positive relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored event solutions
Mentoring and coaching team members to develop technical and leadership skills
Supervising and directing technicians during events, ensuring timely setup, operation, and breakdown of equipment
Maintaining equipment, performing inventory, and forecasting equipment needs

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferred
2+ years of field experience in audio-visual technology
2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Technical 1-Star Certification (or ability to achieve within 60 days of start date)
Strong customer, client, and coworker interface experience and abilities
Valid driver's license (for team members operating company vehicles)
Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements for the role
