WHAT YOU’LL DO AT H1

As a Senior Technical Implementation Manager, you will lead enterprise software implementations and technical solution delivery for healthcare and life sciences customers. You will operate at the intersection of client strategy, technical implementation, enterprise data delivery, and Salesforce platform configuration.

This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, client-facing communication skills, and cross-functional leadership. You will serve as a trusted technical partner to customers while coordinating closely with internal Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer teams to ensure successful delivery and long-term client success.

You will:
- Lead enterprise implementations from discovery and requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support
- Gather and translate business and technical requirements into scalable platform and workflow solutions
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers throughout implementation engagements
- Configure and support Salesforce-based applications, including workflows, permissions, dashboards, automation flows, and reporting structures
- Support enterprise integrations involving APIs, AWS/S3, Snowflake, Databricks, SFTP/FTPS, and CRM platforms
- Coordinate enterprise data delivery workflows, structured data feeds, and client-specific transformation requirements
- Troubleshoot technical, integration, and production issues while partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Data teams on resolution efforts
- Validate data quality, investigate discrepancies, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Manage implementation timelines, risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery milestones across multiple client initiatives
- Conduct client workshops, solution walkthroughs, and user enablement sessions
- Build strong relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders while balancing business priorities with technical feasibility
- Drive alignment between customer expectations and internal delivery capabilities in fast-paced enterprise environments

ABOUT YOU

You are a highly collaborative and technically minded implementation professional who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments. You are comfortable navigating complex enterprise implementations, managing multiple stakeholders, and translating technical concepts into clear business outcomes.

You are equally comfortable speaking with executive stakeholders, troubleshooting technical integrations, and coordinating cross-functional delivery efforts. You take ownership, operate with urgency, and proactively solve problems with minimal oversight in an ambiguous fast paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, enterprise SaaS delivery, or CRM implementation roles
- Strong experience supporting Salesforce platforms (LSC preferred) and regulated enterprise SaaS application environments
- Experience managing enterprise client relationships and complex implementation projects
- Understanding of enterprise data architecture and integration workflows such as data feeds, analytics platforms, or complex data delivery workflows
- Familiarity with technologies such as AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, APIs, and SFTP/FTPS
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Experience within life sciences, healthcare, or healthcare technology environments supporting Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations preferred
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
