Senior Technical Business Analyst
BridgeView is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to connect business units and development teams. This role emphasizes eliciting user requirements and developing functional specifications for digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Lead and facilitate cross-departmental teams to transform business requirements into technical specifications.
ā¢ Collaborate with software engineers to document business needs for digital project deliverables.
ā¢ Write and maintain clear software requirements specifications.
ā¢ Verify that technical design specifications meet user requirements.
ā¢ Develop various models and diagrams, including system context models and data flow diagrams.
ā¢ Create user scenarios for user acceptance testing.
ā¢ Develop deep domain knowledge on key applications.
ā¢ Partner with project manager to estimate project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
ā¢ Gain consensus and approval on final requirements.
Qualifications:
ā¢ 5+ years of technical business analysis experience.
ā¢ Experience with Agile software development methodologies and knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, React, Oracle, and SQL Server.
ā¢ Experience with Microsoft Copilot and GitHub.
ā¢ Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries.
ā¢ Experience managing requirements with use cases and creating software requirements specifications.
ā¢ Ability to define problems, gather and analyze data, and make recommendations.
ā¢ Strong experience in creating user stories that define business needs for digital solutions.
ā¢ Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
ā¢ Extensive experience creating business documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
