Teach by example Be an expert in monitoring and evaluating the quality of work of your team members Provide daily mentoring and coaching for your team members Adapt your management style to individual's needs Ensure a high degree of motivation in the team Take responsibility for the team’s performance and work Create an environment suitable for success by promoting and recognizing each person’s initiatives and efforts Continuously educate and coach your team member with the goal of achieving targets and expectations Set individual goals for each team members Monitor the work of agents and ensures a prompt feedback Successfully coordinate tasks and responsibilities to different stakeholders (team members, overheads, clients).
