You will utilize your analytical skills and deep understanding of the regional market to contribute to Ideals' hiring strategy.You will lead sourcing projects across various functions, analyzing the funnel to optimize your strategy and drive measurable outcomes. Collaborating daily with our global Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers across cultures and departments, you will directly impact Idealsā growth trajectory.We are curious about the impact of AI and technology on TA and regularly review our tech stack. What we use: Metaview (incl.
