Senior Talent Partner, GTM
Description: • Own full-cycle recruiting for high-velocity, high-volume roles across the sales ecosystem, including XDR, Account Executive, Implementation, and Customer Success. • Build and execute hiring plans with GTM leaders to meet ambitious recruiting goals. • Source top talent and manage high-volume candidate pipelines and recruiter activity. • Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Identify bottlenecks in recruiting workflows and implement process improvements quickly. • Partner closely with CRO, Sales Directors, Sales Managers, Onboarding Managers, Customer Success leadership, Talent Coordination, HR, and People Ops. • Use historical data and pass-through rates to forecast hiring needs during intense recruiting sprints. • Partner with Canadian universities to support the recruitment funnel and strengthen the employer brand. • Organize and attend on-campus events, coordinating logistics, purpose, and goals with stakeholders. Requirements: • 7+ years of recruiting experience, with direct experience recruiting for high-volume GTM roles. • Proven success partnering with GTM leaders to source candidates for high-velocity, always-on roles. • Experience building high-performance sales teams. • Strong full-cycle recruiting experience with sourcing and high-volume pipeline management. • Ability to manage recruiter activity at a pace of 35–45 calls per week. • Proven experience partnering with universities to attract new graduate talent and improve employer brand. • Operationally sharp with the ability to diagnose bottlenecks, build processes, and execute quickly. • Strong stakeholder management skills with Talent Coordination, Hiring Managers, HR, and People Ops. • Experience experimenting with AI and emerging recruiting tools to improve sourcing, process, and workflows. • Thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments and is committed to delivering a top-tier candidate experience.
