We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring across our portfolio companies and act as a strategic recruitment partner for founders and hiring managers. You will not just close roles — you will build hiring strategies, shape talent pipelines, and influence company growth from day one . What will you do: Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple portfolio companies (tech & non-tech roles); Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring strategy, role requirements, and positioning; Build proactive pipelines using advanced sourcing strategies, LinkedIn, outbound, and talent mapping; Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates on skills, culture fit, and growth potential; Drive offer preparation and compensation negotiation with candidates and stakeholders; Provide data-driven hiring analytics (funnels, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, market insights); Continuously improve recruitment processes, templates, and best practices across the portfolio.
