About the Role: At SymphonyAI, Talent Acquisition is a strategic function—not a support function. We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who operates as a trusted advisor to the business, bringing strong judgment, market insight, and execution excellence. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders across India, APAC, EMEA, and North America to build high-impact teams across technology, product, design, and leadership hiring. You will own end-to-end hiring while influencing hiring strategy, improving decision quality, and raising the overall talent bar. This role is suited for someone who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, challenging stakeholders when needed, and driving outcomes in a fast-scaling global SaaS environment.
