In this role, you will help build upon the enterprise IT function, where you will also secure, support, and provide creative IT solutions in a remote friendly environment. Your day-to-day:Manage and maintain IT SaaS infrastructureCreate and maintain Okta Workflows to automate complex processesMonitor and maintain the global office network infrastructureDesign, build, and maintain IT AWS infrastructureBuild and maintain Identity Governance and Access toolingManage and maintain user access and control policies to all company SaaS toolsProduce tech specs/documentation describing current and future configurations, processes, policies and topologiesCreate and maintain integration and automation workflows to support IT and business operations utilizing REST / SOAP APIs and web hooksImplement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threatDesign and implement efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systemCollaborate with and mentor IT department employees, as well as providing tier 2/3 IT supportStay up to date with advancements and best practices in IT systems administrationParticipate in SOX, SOC 2 activities to provide populations, evidence, etcWhat you should bring: Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or relevant experience2+ years experience in a systems engineer5+ years IT administration experience with one or more of the following technologies: Okta, Google Workspace (G Suite), AWS (EC2, IAM, VPC, Route53, S3, Networking), Jamf or Kandji, Microsoft Endpoint Management (InTune), or Atlassian (Jira Cloud / Confluence / OpsGenie / Jira Service Desk)Scripting knowledge (BASH, Python, Terraform)Strong experience with IT SaaS systems, networks, and related technologiesSolid knowledge of best practices in IT systems engineering and system securityExceptional collaborative, organizational, analytical, and communication skillsTechnologies we use: Okta + Okta WorkflowsGoogle Workspace (G Suite)AWSSlackJamfMicrosoft Endpoint Management (InTune)Atlassian (Jira Cloud/Confluence/OpsGenie/Jira Service Desk)TwingateSAML/OAuthRest APIs/WebhooksUbiquiti NetworkingConductor OneWork perks at Greenlight:Medical, dental, vision, and HSA match Paid life insurance, AD&D, and disability benefits Traditional 401k with company matchUnlimited PTO Paid company holidays and pop-up bonus holidays Mental health resources Professional development stipend1:1 financial plannersFertility healthcare100% paid parental and caregiving leave, plus cleaning service and meals during your leaveFlexible WFH, both remote and in-office opportunitiesFully stocked kitchen, catered lunches, and occasional in-office happy hoursEmployee resource groupsOur stance on salaries:Greenlight provides a competitive compensation package with a market-based approach to pay and will vary depending on your location, experience and skill set. The total compensation package for this position will also include a discretionary performance bonus, equity rewards, medical benefits, 401K match, and more.
