Senior Systems Analyst (CareRadius / CareAffiliates)
Senior Systems Analyst (CareRadius / CareAffiliates) - Contract to Hire - Remote
Optomi, in partnership with a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support a highly visible team focused on healthcare workflow modernization initiatives within the EXL CareRadius platform environment. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping gather requirements, create user stories, improve operational workflows, and support Agile delivery efforts across the organization. The ideal candidate will be highly relationship-oriented, comfortable working with business partners, and capable of navigating both functional and technical conversations.

• Supporting modernization efforts around care management and workflow automation
• Working in a collaborative Agile/Scrum environment
• Helping drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Supporting large-scale healthcare transformation projects
Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Create user stories and support backlog refinement activities
• Partner closely with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout project delivery
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Support workflow enhancements and operational initiatives within the CareRadius platform
• Write SQL queries and analyze technical data as needed
• Read and interpret existing code and technical documentation to support analysis efforts
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery processes
Experience of the right candidate:
• Experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Analyst
• Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Ability to work effectively in both technical and business-facing environments
• Healthcare payer or healthcare operations experience is a plus
• Experience supporting CareRadius or CareAffiliates platforms is a plus
• SQL/query writing experience
