Skills • 5+ years of industry experience in product compliance, responsible sourcing, and/or sustainability. • Expert knowledge of relevant regulations and standards. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly. • Ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations. • Proactive and autonomous work ethic. • Drive for continuous improvement and innovation. • Technical proficiency. Responsibilities • Advise internal teams and external clients on regulations and standards related to product compliance and sustainability. • Guide and manage consultancy projects, delivering valuable insights and solutions. • Contribute to the development and enhancement of our sustainability software and services. • Present solutions through webinars and other marketing media, clearly explaining complex concepts. • Liaise with stakeholders, including NGOs, to develop best practices and drive industry standards. • Provide line management and mentorship to Sustainability Analysts. • Drive continuous improvement and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends. Qualifications • 5+ years of relevant industry experience. • Expert knowledge of regulations and standards. • Excellent communication skills. Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
