Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst – Remote Data Entry Position at careerzynith
**Job Summary:**
Join careerzynith, a leading healthcare company, as a Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst in a remote data entry position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Distribution Center Administration Framework, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions. With a focus on delivering exceptional results and driving business growth, you will work closely with various departments to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support the DC and administer and support sections of all moves/add/change demands.

As a Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission by providing exceptional data entry and analytical skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Contacting MHE vendors regarding information handling
* Working with all intelligent devices, including Sortation Control Systems
* Coordinating all data backups and data recovery procedures
* Serving as a liaison between the distribution center office, WMS vendor, and MIS Division for issue resolution
* Supporting all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals
* Supporting LAN (Local Area Network) design
* Performing all future upgrades of software
* Coordinating inventory tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and reporting usage to MIS
* Regulating non-exempt staff
* Maintaining all control tables within the WMS, including access security
* Screening the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end-users
* Managing the interface connections with the WMS, including Neoware Terminals, RF Devices, and Printers
* Overseeing and monitoring end-user access and privileges and reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
* Developing reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio
**Required Capabilities:**
* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.
* 2+ years of experience in a delivery climate (not a remote work environment)
* 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
* Must be local, as this is not a remote job (careerzynith is now offering remote data entry positions)
**Preferred Capabilities:**
* Project management experience
* Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Business acumen
