Senior Substation Design Engineer
Quasent, Inc. is looking for several Senior Substation Engineers. As a Substation Engineer with Quasent you will help with the physical design of substations for our clients nationwide. These roles can be full-time or contract based.
Qualifications:
ā¢ 5 or more years of Substation design experience.
ā¢ Strong knowledge and experience with 3D software programs such as AutoCAD, Microstation, Inventor, Bentley, Solidworks, Revit.
ā¢ Strong design experience with substation electrical equipment layout, conduit design, grounding design, lighting design, lightning protection design.
ā¢ Strong understanding of site layout logistics for substation equipment.
ā¢ Proven experience in Microsoft Office 356.
ā¢ Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
ā¢ P.E. Certification is a plus but not necessary.
ā¢ Experienced in substation physical design.
ā¢ Experience in directly related to working with electricity, preferably in utilities.
