As a Senior Statistics Architect on our Customer Listening Team, you'll play a critical role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences. **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a global leader in the financial services industry, with a rich history of innovation and customer-centricity. With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, which include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. **Job Summary** We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistics Architect to join our Customer Listening Team and lead the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and our Agile team in Technology to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs and requirements * Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions * Develop and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels * Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data visualization tools and technologies * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and services * Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools * Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks **Benefits and Perks** * Competitive base salaries and bonus incentives * Support for economic-well-being and retirement * Flexible work model with hybrid, onsite, or digital preparations depending on position and business need * Generous paid parental leave policies (depending on location) * Free access to international on-site online wellness facilities staffed with nurses and doctors (depending on location) * Free and confidential counseling aid through our Wholesome Minds application * Career growth and education opportunities **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued.
