Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects and influence the direction of our software development efforts
Coach and mentor a distributed team of developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions
Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines to drive project success
Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely and effective delivery of software solutions
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions that meet the needs of our users
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
8 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in data structures, algorithms, and software design
5 years of experience with design and architecture, testing, and launching software products
Experience in infrastructure systems, distributed computing, and system design
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, leading project teams and setting technical direction
3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects
