Senior Staff Representative - Instructional Design (Hybrid)

The Senior Staff Representative, Instructional Designer position is responsible for designing and developing learning interventions, including instructor-led and eLearning courses using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Methodology. Manages the design of Leadership Development training resources needed to effectively train employees within a diverse footprint (brick and mortar, remote, and contract employees) of the organization.

Develop eLearning, instructor led, video-based content, blended learning and virtual training materials, including facilitator support guides, end user guides, job aids and interactive learning activities as needed for assigned training projects
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of course content and train-the-trainer classes with facilitators
Routinely conduct needs analysis to understanding learning gaps, business goals, and learner expectations
Develop performance assessments and evaluation tools to measure and report the effectiveness of training and to support continuous improvement
Ensure all training materials align with internal standards, compliance requirements and core4 values.
Manage multiple projects and timelines while partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
QualificationsThis role requires 3+ years of relevant experience in instructional design or corporate learning & development. This role requires up to 30% travel.Required Skills:

Experience designing leadership development programs in a large, complex organization
Familiarity with airline industry or operational training
Certification in instructional design or training (e.g., ATD, CPTD, Kirkpatrick, etc.)
Video scripting and production experience
Strong data analysis skills to support learning measurement and reporting
Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Knowledge of Cornerstone
