What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set up and manage the local pharmacovigilance system and ensure compliance with regulations
- Address Medical Information requests and document adverse events and product complaints
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide scientific support and ensure adherence to project requirements
- Conduct quality control of medical information reports and participate in audits
- Provide training and support to junior colleagues and manage client relationships

What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree in Life Science
- Minimum of two years' experience in pharmacovigilance
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislative guidelines on pharmacovigilance
- Availability to handle medical information inquiries via phone on a rota basis
- Fluent in English and the local language (as appropriate)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing internal and external relationships at various organizational levels
- Ability to lead small projects with clearly defined scopes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for issue resolution
