We're seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our team at The Walt Disney Company. As a key member of our sourcing team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to maximize value and minimize risk for our $1B+ annual professional services spend
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize sourcing opportunities, and lead RFPs and negotiations with suppliers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive business outcomes and identify opportunities for growth
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions and optimize contract negotiations
Develop and execute contracts, and perform post-award administration to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in services category sourcing
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Proven experience in drafting and executing professional services agreements, with a strong understanding of sourcing and procurement processes
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
