Senior Sourcer

Job Summary : We're seeking an enthusiastic Remote Senior Sourcer to join our team. This position plays a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. As a key member of the Recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of candidates for various roles. You will work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.Bold Business is a US-based leading global business processing outsourcing firm with over 25 years experience and $7B+ in client engagements. Your work will have a visible impact.Dynamic Team: Be part of a fast-paced and innovative team that is constantly learning and adapting to new challenges in the industry.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).Proficiency in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, Google X-ray, LinkedIn, job boards).Experience in talent sourcing for BPO, Tech, Sales, and Business Development roles.Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and Candidate Management Systems.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.).Ability to effectively present job opportunities and engage candidates.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.Work-from-home setup with:Own PC/laptop (min. i3 processor, 4GB RAM).Stable internet (min. 10 Mbps download/upload).
