Your RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant - Managed Services with experience with Netsuite, Sage or Quickbooks implementations services to lead post-implementation services for Zip customers and drive the product adoption. We’re also looking for someone who is excited to be hands-on and influence our product roadmap.As every business needs our type of product, you’ll work with a variety of new clients and industries as Zip scales. Current clients include Coinbase, Snowflake, Notion, Canva, Samsara, Databricks.You WillParticipate in the identification and documentation of Zip configuration requirements with a heavy emphasis on understanding needs and creatively configuring the product to solve their problemsRoll up your sleeves and and help to build our client’s highest priority requirementsLead training sessions with customers and key stakeholders to empower them to utilize the product without additional ongoing help from ZipCollaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to determine which customer requests we should and shouldn’t support, and set expectations with customersCollaborate closely with the AM team to ensure client health / happiness and adoption of Zip productsDo whatever it takes to make customers happyContinuously improve the managed services processes to help our customers get the most value from ZipQualifications3+ years’ experience working in one of the following roles: ERP/P2P Systems Consultant (ideally on a managed services type of team), or managing key customer and stakeholder relationships in a B2B SaaS companyPrior experience with the implementation or administration of a procurement tool / ERP - NetSuite, Quickbooks or SageFantastic communication skillsExtreme attention to detail and pride yourself in being incredibly proactiveYou’re able to push back and still make people happyVery comfortable with software configuration (not necessarily technical skills, which would be a plus)The OTE compensation range for this role is $110,000 - 150,000 OTE.
