The team values collaboration, customer focus, and delivering measurable impact for clients.About the RoleThe Senior Solutions Consultant focuses on designing fraud and identity solutions for Fortune 100 banking and financial services organizations across North America. This role involves deep consultation with project owners and senior influencers, providing subjectâmatter expertise in fraud and identity risk. Solutions leverage multiple industryâleading technologies, integrated into a comprehensive and scalable offering. Customer engagements are supported by a highly trained and successful team with a proven track record of sustained growth.ResponsibilitiesSupport the preâsales process by providing technical guidance and professional services insightsDeliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing clientsConduct client needs assessments and develop customized solutionsProvide training and support on software and technology platformsCollaborate with crossâfunctional teams to ensure successful solution implementationBuild and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retentionStay current on industry trends and best practices, including conducting competitor research, to enhance service offeringsServe as a recognized expert in fraud and identity solutionsProactively identify and address opportunities for improvement, both with customers and internally to LexisNexis.Perform other duties as assignedRequirementsRelevant educational background or equivalent professional experienceExcellent organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with fraud detection and identity verification concepts and solutions involving multiple integrated productsAbility to work collaboratively while remaining selfâdirectedProven ability to resolve complex technical and business challengesAbility to guide and train others in solution architecture and proposal developmentBackground in consulting or professional servicesTechnical proficiency in identity & anti-fraud technologies, behavioral biometrics, networking and/or InfoSec a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office and related business applications, including Salesforce or other sales management tools.Working for you:We know that your wellbeing and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
