Senior Solution Consultant- Healthcare (Interoperability & Data)
Key Responsibilities Act as a Cloverleaf Solution Consultant, fully dedicated to interoperability and data integration use cases. Work closely with the Senior Solution Architect (mentor role) to translate strategic architecture and vision into concrete customer solutions. Support pre-sales activities: technical discovery, solution positioning, demos, pilots, and proof-of-concepts. Participate in the deployment and onboarding of key SaaS customers across Europe. Contribute to customer success, ensuring adoption, performance, and long-term value. Deliver technical training to customers and partners (enablement, best practices, operational guidance). Support the onboarding of new partners, including technical validation and early projects. Build and maintain demo, pilot, and reference environments for Cloverleaf SaaS. Collaborate with Support teams on complex topics to ensure smooth operations and feedback loops. Actively contribute to the Infor Data Solution Consultant community, sharing knowledge, patterns, and best practices. Education & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a Solution Consultant, Solution Architect, or Technical Pre-Sales Engineer. Strong exposure to integration, interoperability, middleware, APIs, or data platforms. Experience with SaaS solutions and cloud-based architectures. Required Skills Solid understanding of integration patterns, data transformation, messaging, APIs, and system interoperability. Comfortable working with cloud environments and modern SaaS architectures. Ability to design, explain, and implement end-to-end technical solutions. Strong customer-facing skills: ability to explain complex concepts clearly and pragmatically. Experience working across sales, product, support, and partner teams. Autonomous, structured, and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong plus. Preferred Skills Experience with Cloverleaf, integration engines, or similar middleware platforms. Exposure to Infor solutions or ERP ecosystems. Experience in regulated or data-intensive industries (healthcare, industry, distribution, etc.). Strong documentation, presentation, and mentoring capabilities.
