About the RoleAs a Sr. Solution Consultant, you'll serve as the technical expert for RiskOS, partnering with clients across digital industries to reduce fraud, optimize operations, and drive growth. From discovery through implementation, you’ll translate RiskOS capabilities into real-world impact—guiding solution design, adoption, and strategic use.RiskOS is Socure’s no-code decisioning platform that fuses identity verification, fraud signals, and analytics into one orchestration layer. It empowers teams to quickly test and deploy policies—without engineering—accelerating fraud prevention and customer approvals.What You’ll DoServe as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales and implementation lifecyclePartner with Sales to present RiskOS, align platform features with customer goals, and demonstrate valueDesign and lead Proof-of-Concepts to showcase real-time orchestration capabilitiesCustomize fraud and identity workflows using client-specific data and contextCollaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer needs and shape the RiskOS roadmapSupport go-to-market initiatives (e.g., whitepapers, webinars, solution briefs)Drive post-sale adoption through performance analysis, policy optimization, and strategic account growthMentor team members and lead key solution design initiativesWhat You BringBachelor's degree in a technical or analytical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics), or equivalent experience6+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in client-facing solution consulting, pre-sales, or professional servicesProven track record supporting enterprise-level software, data, or analytics platformsStrong understanding of SaaS, customer lifecycle, and sales engagement modelsExceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business audiencesFamiliarity with fraud/risk decisioning, orchestration tools, or identity verification is strongly preferredExperience with APIs, databases, or machine learning concepts is a plusWillingness to travel up to 30% for client-facing workSocure is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity of all kinds at our company.
