Position: Senior Software Engineer
Compensation: $50ā$150/hour (based on experience)
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Use advanced AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day engineering work
ā¢ Review, validate, and refine AI-generated code and technical outputs
ā¢ Provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning, reliability, and performance
ā¢ Partner with AI research teams to iterate on tools, workflows, and evaluation methods
ā¢ Work independently and asynchronously while meeting quality and delivery standards
Ideal Profile
ā¢ 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
ā¢ Strong proficiency in one or more languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++
ā¢ Experience with code reviews, debugging, testing, and system design
ā¢ Comfortable working with technical documentation and providing precise feedback
ā¢ Prior experience with large codebases or open-source projects is a plus
