About the Role:
In this remote, full-time position, you'll contribute to the technical direction and feature roadmap for large-scale cloud systems, serve as a technical lead, and mentor other engineers to drive product development. You'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring the continued evolution of our app that supports our mission to offer customers a seamless and high-quality experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead the technical direction and feature roadmap for large-scale cloud systems
Guide internal and external development teams in product creation
Analyze project feasibility and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with product managers and clients to define and refine feature requirements
Drive continuous improvement by exploring new technologies and methodologies
Design and implement system solutions, ensuring industry standards and compatibility
Review and test code to ensure quality, structure, and alignment with best practices
Mentor and support other engineers, sharing expertise and helping them grow professionally
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, practices, and technologies
Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Kotlin) with hands-on experience in Android development
Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
Ability to clearly articulate ideas, strategies, and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing multiple assignments and delivering successful results
