At least 3 years of experience in backend development using object-oriented languages like C# or Java, with deep knowledge of system design and engineering best practices.

Strong experience building developer-facing tools or working on internal platforms focused on productivity and workflow improvement.

Hands-on experience integrating AI into software engineering tasks—such as using LLMs for code assistance, automated documentation, or intelligent testing.

A passion for scaling developer efficiency through smart automation and intuitive design.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor engineers through design, implementation, and optimization.
