Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software functionality and performance.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in PHP development.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on progress.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance software development processes.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features and enhancements.
Adhere to coding standards and follow established development procedures.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve skills and knowledge in PHP development.
Represent the company by being a technical expert at conferences, events, and other industry gatherings.
Adhere to project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion of projects.
