Senior Software Engineer - ML (Open to Remote)

Because at the end of the day our goal is to help our partners businesses run better. We’re hiring experienced Machine Learning Engineers to join our growing team of 35+ engineers. You’ll work in a small, cross-functional team (3–4 people) focused on AI/ML systems, with high autonomy and ownership from ideation to deployment. You’ll collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to solve customer pain points and deliver impactful solutions. Our ultimate goal is to help our businesses and our clients’ businesses run better. What You’ll Do • Build, deploy, and integrate ML models that process over 1M documents daily across hundreds of models. • Design robust pipelines for noisy, unstructured data at scale. • Optimize models for strict latency requirements and high precision. • Explore deep learning, transfer learning, and model optimization techniques. • Work primarily in Python and Ruby, with Clojure for ML experimentation and integration. • Use PySpark, AWS SageMaker Studio, PyTorch, and HuggingFace for data processing and model development. What We’re Looking For • 4+ years of software engineering experience. • Curious, data-driven, collaborative, empathetic, and an excellent communicator. • Recognized for delivering high-quality solutions and driving continuous improvement. • End-to-end ML development and deployment experience. • Logistics industry experience.
