You will be joining a team at Sam's Club, a membership-based retail warehouse club owned by Walmart, that is focused on defining the new age e-commerce and in-club shopping experience. As part of a young and dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with the Business team to understand requirements, drive design and architecture, and influence technology choices for delivering solutions. Your role will involve leading the discovery phase of medium to large Mobile Engineering projects, troubleshooting business and production issues for mobile devices, providing mobile engineering support to the business, leading small project teams, managing medium to large-scale projects, and demonstrating expertise in mobile app development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project strategy and sustainable mobile solutions - Troubleshoot business and production issues for mobile devices - Provide mobile engineering support, forecast for future technologies, and lead cross-functional partnerships - Lead small project teams, provide guidance on project plan, and review proposed solutions - Manage medium to large-scale projects, translate requirements into mobile solutions, conduct testing, and ensure on-time delivery - Apply up-to-date expertise in developing and improving action plans - Support the implementation of business solutions, build relationships with key stakeholders, and monitor progress and results - Model compliance with company policies and procedures, support company mission, and demonstrate ethical standards **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in computer science or related field - 6-9 years of iOS platform experience - 3+ years of programming experience in Swift - 1+ years of experience in using ARKit/ARCore and Core Vision/ML Kit - Deep understanding of various aspects of Mobile App Development - Familiarity working with REST APIs, GraphQL for deep integrations with both platforms - Experience in working with large code bases, mentoring engineers, and driving large projects - Familiarity with cloud message APIs, push notifications, offline storage, and asynchronous programming - Experience with CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying iOS applications - Familiarity with App Store distribution, TestFlight, Apple developer tools, mobile security practices, performance optimization, and memory management - Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS is a plus - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, customer-first mindset, communication, and collaboration skills - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams This role is based in Chennai, India, and offers great compensation including incentive awards, best-in-class benefits, and a culture that fosters a sense of belonging and inclusivity. --- Please note that the additional details about Walmart Global Tech, benefits, and the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion have been omitted as per the instructions.
