About You Ā experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Ā Holding a Bachelor's in Engineering or a Master's degree (BE, ME, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MS) with strong communication and reasoning abilities is required.
Ā Over 5 years of hands-on technical experience using AWS serverless resources, including but not limited to ECS, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, S3, Cloudfront, and ALB.
Ā Over 8 years of experience independently developing modules in one or more of the following: Python, Web development, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Containers.
Ā Experience in design and development of web-based applications using NodeJS.
Ā Experience with modern JavaScript framework (Vue.js, Angular, React), UI Testing (Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium).
Ā Experience working in a CI/CD setup with multiple environments, and with an ability to manage code and deployments towards incrementally faster releases.
Ā Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases, particularly MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Additionally, it would be advantageous if you have:
Ā Experience in Terraform or similar, and IAC in general.
Ā Familiarity with AWS Bedrock.
Ā Experience with OCR engines and solutions, e.g. AWS Textract, Google Cloud Vision.
Ā Interest in exploring and adopting Data Science methodologies, and AI/ML technologies to optimize project outcomes.
What will you be doing in this role?
Ā Provide technical guidance to dev team so Proof of Concepts can be productionized.
Ā Drive and execute productionizing activities.
Ā Identify and pursue opportunities for reuse across team boundaries.
Ā Quickly and efficiently resolve complex technical issues by analysing information, evaluating options, and executing decisions.
Ā Participate in technical design discussions and groups for feature development.
Ā Understand the impact of architecture and hosting strategies on technical design and apply industry best practices in software development, including unit testing, object-oriented design, and code reviews.
Ā Work with team members to address findings from security, functionality, and performance tests.
Ā Conduct detailed code reviews for intricate solutions, offering enhancements where feasible.
Ā Prioritize security and performance in all implementations.
