What You’ll Do
• Design and develop end-to-end automation solutions using modern RPA and scripting tools
• Integrate systems through APIs (REST/SOAP), databases, and enterprise platforms
• Build scalable workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput
• Leverage AI/LLM tools to enhance data extraction and process automation
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations for performance and reliability
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities
• Contribute to best practices, standards, and mentoring of junior team members
What You Bring
• 5+ years of software development or automation engineering experience
• Strong experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, or similar)
• Proficiency with API integrations, SQL, and data workflows
• Experience working with AI/LLM tools in automation scenarios is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across complex systems
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
